Hi, I’m Sara Blumenfeld, The Creation Coach. For a few minutes I’d like to share the energy side of life with you. It has been scientifically proven that absolutely everything is vibrating energy. Energy particles vibrating at the same rate or frequency are drawn together. The vibrating particles of a flower could never be a rock, because the frequency is different. The Law of Attraction is simply a term used to express this universal concept: things that vibrate at the same frequency are drawn together.
Do you want more in your life than you have now? Maybe more money, or more ideas? Perhaps more opportunities or more connections? That’s good. As long as you are wanting more, you are growing and expanding. It’s not selfish to want more—it’s life giving!
You may have read the excellent books of The Teachings of Abraham by Esther and Jerry Hicks. They clearly explain how the Law of Attraction works and how to match your energy vibration to what you desire. If you want more money, but your energy is vibrating at the frequency of “I never have enough money,” guess which one you are going to get?
One challenge with lining up your vibration to the frequency of what you desire is maintaining pure focus on what you want, rather than letting your vibration drift back into your habit of thought about what you don’t want. Do you know that even a minute of purely focused thought can shift your vibration? I know…you probably think that’s ridiculous. Try this experiment sometime. Set a timer for 60 seconds, get a pencil and notepad, sit in a chair...
